About Ray Laferla

Ray Laferla is a psychologist as well as a leading international authority in the fields of leadership, organization development, and personal growth. He has pursued a distinguished career as a keynote speaker, trainer, manager, executive coach, author, counsellor and director of companies. Ray is the author of 7 books, his latest three books are available in paperback and two of them as e-books:

  • “EMPOWERED LIVING – A Practical Guide for Overcoming the Challenges of Everyday Life”;
  • “ENABLED TO GROW – Your Personal Coach in a Book”
  • “RAISING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE”. This is available in paperback only as there are tables and diagrams that at this stage cannot be accommodated by the e-book format.

Ray does a great deal of work internationally and is frequently contracted to undertake assignments in Europe, the Orient (India and Pakistan), the Middle East (UAE, Lebanon, Egypt) Australasia (Australia and New Zealand) and seven African countries (South Africa, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria and Ghana.)

 

He regularly lectures at several universities. He has published seven books and developed two unique inventories: one is for diagnosing the strengths and weaknesses of management and the other is for evaluating one’s psychological type.

 

Ray has also held senior executive positions and directorships in several large organizations such as Standard Development Corporation, Nedfin Bank, and Forbes Financial Services Group. He is currently an International Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Human Dynamics.
