Dr Ray Laferla is a world class international speaker and trainer, as well as a leading authority in the fields of leadership, organisation development and personal development.  He has pursued a distinguished career as a keynote speaker, trainer, manager, therapist, author, counsellor and director of companies.

Ray’s training programmes have profoundly affected the lives of thousands of people, from junior management to top executives.

Ray has a masters degree in Clinical Psychotherapy and a Ph.D. in Occupational Psychology.  He has also published five books and developed two unique inventories: one is for diagnosing the strengths and weaknesses of management and the other for evaluating one’s psychological type.

Ray has also held senior executive positions and directorships in several large organizations such as: Standard Development Corporation, Nedfin Bank and Forbes Financial Services Group.  He is currently an International Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Human Dynamics.
